If your store runs on Smile.io, your customers can connect their Smile account in the Deakee app and see their balance in one place. Deakee maintains the adapter — zero merchant work. Display-only.

How customers connect

  1. Nothing to install on your side.
  2. Customers connect their Smile.io account from the Deakee app via OAuth2.
  3. Balances appear in their Deakee wallet under "Connected accounts (view only)."

Display-only

Balances appear in the Deakee wallet's "Connected accounts" section. Specifically:

  • Customer can see their balance refreshed when they open the Deakee app.
  • Earn + redeem happen at your store as they always have.
  • Points cannot be traded on the Deakee exchange or redeemed at other partners.
