Customers on LoyaltyLion-powered stores can connect their account in Deakee for unified balance viewing. Adapter built and maintained by Deakee.

How customers connect

  1. Nothing to install on your side.
  2. Customers connect their LoyaltyLion account from the Deakee app via OAuth2.
  3. Balances appear in their Deakee wallet under "Connected accounts (view only)."

Display-only

Balances appear in the Deakee wallet's "Connected accounts" section. Specifically:

  • Customer can see their balance refreshed when they open the Deakee app.
  • Earn + redeem happen at your store as they always have.
  • Points cannot be traded on the Deakee exchange or redeemed at other partners.
