How customers connect

  1. Nothing for AA to do.
  2. Customers connect AAdvantage from Deakee.
  3. Balance appears under "Connected accounts (view only)."

Display-only

Balances appear in the Deakee wallet's "Connected accounts" section. Specifically:

  • Customer can see their balance refreshed when they open the Deakee app.
  • Earn + redeem happen at your store as they always have.
  • Points cannot be traded on the Deakee exchange or redeemed at other partners.
